AdiMahil Books is a children’s book publisher and retailer based in Erode, Tamil Nadu, India, operating adimahilbooks.com.
2. Products
We sell early-education children’s books in English and Tamil. Product images, descriptions, and prices are provided for guidance; while we make every effort to ensure accuracy, minor variations in cover design or packaging may occur without notice.
3. Pricing and Payment
- All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (₹) and, where applicable, are inclusive of GST. Books are generally exempt from GST under Indian tax law.
- Payment is processed securely through our payment partner, Razorpay, supporting cards, UPI, netbanking, and wallets. We do not store your card or banking details.
- An order is confirmed only after successful payment authorization.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability — in which case any payment already made will be refunded in full.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- We currently ship within India.
- Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated at checkout or via order confirmation; actual delivery times may vary due to courier or logistics delays beyond our control.
- Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided.
5. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
- Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped by contacting us at info@adimahilbooks.com.
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
- Refunds, where applicable, will be issued to the original payment method via Razorpay within a reasonable timeframe after approval.
6. User Accounts
If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

All content on this website — including book cover designs, illustrations, text, logos, and branding — is the property of AdiMahil Books or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
