We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work for orders placed on adimahilbooks.com.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- You received the wrong book or item
- The order is missing items that were paid for
Because our books are sold new and sealed, we do not accept returns for change of mind once an order has been dispatched.
2. Return Window
You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to report an issue and request a return, replacement, or refund. Requests made after this window may not be accepted.
3. How to Request a Return
Email us at info@adimahilbooks.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damaged/incorrect item (and packaging, if damage occurred in transit)
We’ll review your request and respond within 2-3 business days with next steps.
4. Return Shipping
If your return is approved due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), we will arrange return shipping at no cost to you, or provide instructions for a prepaid return.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item (or verify the issue via photos, where a physical return isn’t required), we will process your refund to the original payment method via Razorpay. Refunds are typically credited within 5-7 business days, though your bank or payment provider may take longer to reflect it.
6. Exchanges
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will prioritize sending a replacement of the same title where available, instead of a refund, if you prefer.
7. Order Cancellations
You may cancel an order before it has been shipped by emailing info@adimahilbooks.com with your order number. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may request a return under the terms above.
